The short version
This is the marketing site for Galaxy Munch, a game in pre-production by GameReady Limited. Using it means you accept what is on this page. There is nothing to buy here and no account to create.
What is on the site is not a promise
The game is in development, so treat everything here as work in progress rather than a commitment. Art, videos, features, the name Galaxy Munch itself, timelines and platforms can all change or be dropped. Images and videos are illustrative of the direction we are aiming for, and unless a piece says otherwise it is not footage of the finished game. Nothing on this site is an offer, a guarantee, a release date, or investment advice.
What you send us
When you submit a form, give us information that is yours to give and is accurate. Do not send confidential material belonging to someone else, and do not send anything unlawful. If you send an idea or suggestion unprompted, we may use it without owing you anything, so do not send us anything you want to keep. Applications and the material you attach to them are handled as described in the privacy policy.
Do not break the site
No scraping at volume, no automated submissions, no attempts to break into staff areas or otherwise interfere with the service. We can block access if you do.
Our stuff stays ours
The name, logos, art, video, and text on this site belong to GameReady Limited or its licensors. You may share and link to public pages as they are, including for press coverage. You may not pass our material off as your own or use it to suggest we endorse you. Third-party marks that appear here, such as Steam, Discord, and Unreal Engine, belong to their respective owners.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as is. We do not promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, GameReady Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
Which law applies
