Check out these mofos grilling the game like there's no tomorrow
Steal these pixels.
Galaxy Munch (Bon Appetit in the Vacuum) is a co-op physics-comedy where your crew of idiot aliens fly a space-diner: cooking, crashing, fighting pirates, and keeping braindead customers alive while everything is on fire.
Who is making it, and what stage it is at
It is built in Unreal Engine 5 by GameReady, an Unreal Engine studio and education company teaching and developing since 2018 (Epic Games partner since 2020) making its first own IP. The game is in pre-production. Each section below says what it is: real work from the build first, then AI-generated concept art showing the target vibe.

We were building. Nobody was posting.
Development progress
Work in progress from the actual Unreal Engine 5 build, posted as we go, one entry per development day. Everything here is early and unfinished: untextured greybox blockouts and first-pass mechanics, captured straight out of the editor. Free to use in coverage of the game with credit to GameReady.
Blockout of a test level, check it out!
Pre-development
Work people made for the game before development had started and before anyone was under contract, unpaid and uninstructed.
3D work in progress28 July 2026
On day 6 from the birth of the game idea, before we had replied to him even once and before development was officially declared started, a candidate began building character models for the game on his own initiative.
And then the music showed up31 July 2026

On day 11, a composer who had sat in on our massive group pitch session wrote “can already hear the music in my head” in the chat. The very next day he sent over original tracks written for the game, unasked.
Kudos to Martinos Sofokleous! for hearing it before we did.
