Who we are

This site is operated by GameReady Limited, the company building Galaxy Munch. For anything on this page, including deletion requests, write to munch@gameready.dev. A human answers.

What we collect, and why

• Wishlist signup: your email address, plus the time, the page you signed up from, your IP address and browser user agent. The email is there so we can tell you when the Steam page and the Discord go live. The rest is kept as proof of when and where you opted in, which is what lets us show we had your permission to write to you. Legal basis: your consent.
• Contact form: your name, email and message, so we can answer you. Legal basis: your request.
• Job application form: the details you enter (name, email, phone, portfolio and CV links, hours, who referred you, your message), so we can assess and answer your application. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
• Analytics: a cookieless analytics tool that records aggregate usage (clicks, scrolling, which sections get read) to improve the site. It sets no cookies and we do not use it for advertising. In the EU, EEA, UK and Canada it loads only if you allow it; if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat that as a no everywhere. Legal basis: your consent.

We do not run advertising pixels on this site, we do not buy or sell contact lists, and we never share your data with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else touches it

Only the service providers we need to run the site, each acting on our instructions and bound by a data-processing agreement: our hosting and database providers, our analytics provider, and our own GameReady CRM, where contact-form messages, applications and wishlist signups are recorded so the team can act on them. Some of them operate outside your country, including in the United States; those transfers rely on the providers' standard data-protection terms. Want the specific names? How long we keep it

Wishlist emails: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. When you unsubscribe we keep a minimal record that you opted out, so a later import cannot put you back on the list. Applications: up to 24 months, so we can come back to you when a role opens. Contact messages: as long as the conversation is useful, then deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent at any time, or object to how we use it. Email munch@gameready.dev and we will handle it, normally within a few days and at most within one month. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK you can also complain to your national data-protection authority.

The fastest way off the mailing list is the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send you. It works without contacting anyone.

Cookies and similar storage

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics runs in cookieless mode. The only thing stored in your browser is your own analytics choice (so we stop asking) and, for staff, a login session. You can change your choice here at any time:

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child gave us their email, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we start doing something materially different with your data, we will update this page and change the date at the top before it takes effect.
